& Conditions
- These
terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice
!
- After
you have successfully registered in our "
WEEKLY FREE FOOD Give-Away " you will be Automatically taken to enter in the "
It's MY BIRTHDAY " Give-Away.
- All NEW
entries must be received no later than 6pm each Monday or you
will go into the next draw.
- All
entries must be correct & completed in full to the best of
your ability.
- All
Staff of Hotel
Sweeneys, and their immediate
families, ARE eligible to enter the competition.
- Because our
clients have their lunch breaks at different times, the draw will
now be done after service on TUESDAY evening. We think this is
fairer to all of our CORE CLIENTS !
- ALL
PRIZES in our weekly Give-Away are NOW only available for
those who Dine at our Bistro between 12:00pm and 2:30pm each Tuesday.
- FIRST
PRIZE: You win (5) Five FREE meals. Currently, there
are no terms or conditions on this prize i.e. you may take all
5 free meals on the same day Except on Friday.
- SECOND
PRIZE: You win (2) Two FREE meals. These must be taken
on separate days.
- THIRD
PRIZE: You win (1) One FREE meal.

ALL WINNINGS must be taken before closing of service @ 2:30pm
the following Tuesday !
- IDENTIFICATION
will be required to confirm the correct winners.
- There are NO
credits for unclaimed meals.
- Prizes & Meals
are NOT transferable or exchangeable for cash value
& are not redeemable for cash.
- Incorrectly
submitted phone numbers or e-mail addresses will automatically
forfeit their Prize.
- All
entrants must reside in the Sydney area or be able to get
into the hotel to take their winnings.
- Drinks
are not included in the prizes unless stated otherwise.
- All
entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- The drawing
procedure: When
doing the draw, all Registered Diners present
on the day will be given
a number and placed into a barrel,
a random person will be asked to draw the numbers from the barrel,
this person will not be anyone in the draw for that day, the winners
will then be eligible to claim their PRIZES.
- ALL
prize winners Names will then be poster on the Winners
page on the site & will be notified by e-mail that evening
or the following day to informed them
of their success.
- ONLY
the Winners names will be published on the web site,
where anyone can view the winners names and draw details only.
- Winners
of any prizes must supply their own transport to and from the
Hotel.
- All
prizes are valid whist "Sweeneys Secret Bistro" is
at Hotel Sweeneys.
- The
Bistro Management's decision is final in relation to any matters
concerning the competition, draw and prizes will be final and
no discussion will be entered into.
- Sweeneys
Secret holds no responsibility for any damages
the winner may incur whilst engaged in the activities related
to the prizes won. All responsibility will lie solely with the
independent winner.
- The
Bistro reserves the
right to refuse entry into the competition or refuse presentation
of the prizes should the Management find any entry of a fraudulent
nature or in breach of the terms and conditions set out herein.
